Ownership & Values

Authentically Kelly’s, Then & Now

Kelly’s Roast Beef was born in the North Shore—a place where loyalty runs deep. While we’ve grown over the decades, our North Shore pride stays part of who we are, anchoring our loyalty where it’s always belonged: with the people who love Kelly’s.

Meet David: A Local Guy with a Big Heart for Beef

David R. Masse grew up in Beverly, MA. In other words: this guy knows beef. As the Founder & CEO of AAM15 Management, he saw the chance to step up from just a fan of Kelly’s to part of its legacy—and didn’t hesitate.

Now, he’s shaping what’s next for Kelly’s alongside the people that started it all.

Kelly’s Founders & AAM15 Management

Part of our past as well as our future, the Kelly’s founders stand with us after reinvesting in the brand through AAM15. Their original vision and values remain at the heart of everything we do.

With those deep roots and AAM15’s added resources, we’re growing thoughtfully, reaching new audiences without ever changing what makes Kelly’s, Kelly’s. No gimmicks. Just great food.

Making A Difference Beyond the Plate

A legacy is more than just honoring the past. It’s also about shaping the future. That’s why our partnership with One Mission, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families battling cancer, means so much to us.

Every sandwich served helps fuel something bigger as we stand with One Mission to bring comfort, hope, and critical support to families facing the toughest fight of their lives.
